This release contains two layers under two licenses.

1. facilities.csv: the OSM-verified facility layer.
   License: Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0
   https://opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/1-0/
   Contains information from OpenStreetMap (https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright), which is
   made available under the Open Database License. Any rights in individual
   contents of the database are licensed under the Database Contents License.
   Derivative databases must be shared under ODbL and attribute OpenStreetMap
   contributors.

2. mega-projects.csv, mega-projects.json, and the estimated_total,
   mega_project_count, mega_capacity_mw, and mega_investment_usd_billions
   columns of states.csv: the Malachi.Energy compilation.
   License: Malachi.Energy attribution license
   Mega project tally and state estimates, free for personal, educational, and editorial use with attribution to Malachi.Energy.
   Attribute as: "Malachi.Energy, US Data Center Directory, version 2026-09-16, https://malachi.energy/data-centers/releases/2026-09-16".
   The osm_verified, top_operator, and top_hub columns of states.csv are
   derived from the OSM layer and inherit ODbL.
