What is known

Wyoming's largest data center, near Cheyenne. Google took over after Crusoe left the project in April 2026 and presented a $17B campus to Laramie County in September 2026: four data center buildings instead of five, mass grading late in 2026, vertical construction in 2027, and full buildout in the first half of 2031. Tallgrass builds the on-site power plant. Google has not restated the 1.8 GW announced in the Crusoe era.
