What is known

Flagship AI supercomputer campus in Memphis, now under SpaceXAI after SpaceX absorbed xAI in February 2026: Colossus 1 on Paul R Lowry Road (about 500 MW, leased in full to Anthropic from May 2026) and Colossus 2 on Tulane Road (about 1 GW, live since January 2026), with a fourth hall announced in July 2026. The $18B is the reported cost of the cluster's GPUs, not construction; the Southaven, Mississippi building is listed separately.
