Galaxy Digital's Helios campus delivered Phase I (133 MW of IT load, a $1.7B build) to CoreWeave in Q2 2026, with Phase II (260 MW) due from the first half of 2027. CoreWeave has committed to the campus's original 800 MW of approved power; ERCOT approved another 830 MW in January 2026 for a total of 1.63 GW, with no tenant yet for the addition.
